Refund Policy

All workshops, online courses, home study programs and re-tests are non-refundable. 

If you have booked a WORKSHOP and you are unable to attend, the cancellation and refund policy is as follows: Cancellations received up to 8 days in advance of the scheduled date will be eligible to reschedule another workshop date. Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of the scheduled date will not be rescheduled without a verifiable doctor’s note. 

If you have booked an EXAMINATION and you are unable to attend, the cancellation and refund policy is as follows: Cancellations received up to 8 days in advance of the scheduled date will be eligible to reschedule another examination date. Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of the scheduled date will be required to purchase a re-test and reschedule accordingly. 

Cancellations due to WEATHER or EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES: If TrainCan is required to cancel a session due to inclement weather, unforeseen or unsafe circumstances, every effort will be made to contact registrants in advance. BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE BEST CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ON YOUR REGISTRATION. All students will be re-booked at no charge under these circumstances, TrainCan will work to accommodate the needs of registrants to the best of their ability.
